Delivery methods

Shipping and delivery fees are offered to Customers for any order of €350/$400 or more. Below that amount, the Customer is responsible for shipping costs. The corresponding delivery fees are indicated to the Customer at the time of their order, once the delivery address is entered.

The Client must provide all necessary information for the effective delivery of their order according to this method.

Delivery time

Once the package is shipped, FLANEURZ provides a tracking number for the package. It is the Client's responsibility to carefully check the information provided for delivery. Delivery takes an average of 10 business days in France.

Reception

Upon receipt of the Product, the Customer agrees to verify that the Product is complete and undamaged. In the event of any discrepancies, it is the Customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier within the time limits required by their general sales conditions. Any reservations must be noted on the delivery slip.

Flaneurz cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery caused by the carrier.

Any incorrect or missing information in the delivery address and the identity of the buyer releases the company from liability for delivery.
