Due to the summer closure, shipments will be suspended from August 7 to August 31 inclusive.


Orders placed during this period will be processed starting September 1st.


All orders placed before August 7 are not affected by the summer closure, and their delivery times will therefore not be impacted.

Slades and Flaneurz both offer detachable rollers, but Flaneurz transforms existing brand shoes, while Slades offers its own shoe models designed specifically to be clipped on.

The rolling parts come in three ranges: Slades (entry-level), Iconique (mid-range), and Premium (high-end, more technical). They are all compatible with Slades and Flaneurz shoes, as both brands use the same clip system.

The Custom offer is an option provided by Flaneurz that allows you to transform your own shoes into detachable rollers. You choose your pair, send it to the workshop, and it is adapted to the Flaneurz system while maintaining its original look. This offer is compatible with the rolling parts Slades and Flaneurz. We recommend contacting our Customer Relations team to validate the compatibility of the chosen shoe model before placing an order.


When placing your order, a URL link is requested (internet link). This allows us to verify that your shoe is indeed compatible. A team member will contact you and provide the shipping address within 24 business hours.


The purchase and shipping of the pair of shoes are your responsibility. It is entirely possible to have a pair of shoes delivered from a third-party e-commerce site by directly providing the address of the Flânerie.

The Shoes Only offer allows you to receive just a pair of shoes already equipped with the Flaneurz mechanical system, without having to purchase new rolling parts. It is aimed at those who already own a Complete Rollers Pack and wish to add or change to a compatible shoe model.


In summary: it’s the ideal option for owning multiple compatible pairs of shoes without needing to recommend a second complete set.

Here is the information regarding returns or exchanges:

Withdrawal period : 14 days after receipt of the package.


Product Status : the shoes and plates must be new, not worn outside, in their original packaging


Required photos : send 4 photos of the shoes (including the soles) and 4 of the rolling parts to customer service before returning approval


Return fees : at the customer's expense, as well as the shipping costs of the new product in case of an exchange.


Treatment: après réception, contrôle qualité (~14 jours), puis échange ou remboursement.

Attention, returns and exchanges do not apply to custom shoes.
