⚠️ Winter closure of our production workshop


Our Flaneurz production workshop will be closed from December 22 to January 4 inclusive.

  • Orders placed by Thursday, December 18 → prepared and shipped before the closure
  • Orders placed from December 19 onwards → prepared and shipped starting from the week of January 5


⏱️1. Preparation / manufacturing time (Flaneurz)

Each order is prepared in our production workshop, where our teams carry out, depending on the products, manufacturing, assembly and quality control operations.

👉 Preparation time: 5 to 10 business days, excluding closure periods.
This timeframe corresponds to the time required before your order is shipped.

🚚 2. Delivery time (carrier)

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, the delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery is handled by our partner Chronopost.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
  • Metropolitan France: 1 to 2 days
  • International: 2 to 6 days
Orders are shipped from France. Depending on the destination country, taxes or customs duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

The rolling parts come in 5 sizes, each corresponding to a range of shoe sizes. To order, please indicate your chassis size and your shoe size.

Turn over your right rolling part to find your frame size (XS to XL) or a serial number. Use the search engine on the product page to convert it.
