The Slades socks are made of 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, and 3% elastane. They are woven in Bulgaria and certified. Oeko-Tex.

⚠️ Winter closure of our production workshop
Our Flaneurz production workshop will be closed from December 22 to January 4 inclusive.
- Orders placed by Thursday, December 18 → prepared and shipped before the closure
- Orders placed from December 19 onwards → prepared and shipped starting from the week of January 5
- Metropolitan France: 1 to 2 days
- International: 2 to 6 days

Slades is the new brand of roller shoes from Flaneurz, accessible to everyone! It combines the unique system of its parent company, Flaneurz, with the need for accessibility.
When you have chosen the product(s) you wish to order, place them in your “Cart” (at the top right of your screen). When the product is added to your cart, a red bubble appears on your cart, indicating the number of products in your cart. Once you have finished your selection, go to your “Cart” and then click on “Checkout.” You will then be asked:
/Billing information (address on the invoice)
/Delivery information (address where your Flaneurz rollers will be delivered)
/Delivery and sales fees
/Payment information: choose here the type of credit card you wish to use, or Paypal
/Order verification: Before proceeding to the secure payment platform, please double-check that the contents of your order are correct

You have a period of 14 business days* from the date of receipt of the ordered products to withdraw without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for the return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility and must be paid by you. You must return the products in their original packaging, unopened and without any signs of use (worn shoes, scratched wheels...). Along with your products, you should include a copy of the purchase invoice and the withdrawal form, if it is a final return, which you will find at the bottom of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, at the following address: Flaneurz - 17 Rue Méhul 93500 Pantin.
For a standard exchange, if previously approved with the Flaneurz Team, you can send us your rollers in any way you prefer. Additionally, you may be asked to return only your pair of shoes or just your rolling part, depending on the issue you are experiencing.
Your transaction payments are processed by Stripe or Paypal. No data necessary for the transaction passes through our site, and we do not store any information related to your payment method. Additionally, browsing on the Flaneurz site is done via the HTTPS protocol.
